Consolidated revenue decreased by $597 million, or 2.7%, to $21,221 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025, compared to $21,818 million in the prior year. This decline was primarily driven by the strategic execution of planned volume reductions from the largest customer and the impact of the third-quarter 2024 divestiture of Coyote, which contributed $539 million to Q2 2024 revenue.
Operating profit for the three months ended June 30, 2025, decreased by $122 million, or 6.3%, to $1,822 million from $1,944 million in the prior year. The operating margin also declined by 30 basis points to 8.6% from 8.9%, primarily due to lower volumes in U.S. Domestic Package and increased pickup/delivery expenses from insourcing Ground Saver.
Net cash from operating activities for the six months ended June 30, 2025, significantly decreased by $2.6 billion to $2,666 million from $5,309 million in the prior year. This was primarily due to higher contributions to defined benefit pension plans ($921 million vs. $150 million) and unfavorable changes in working capital, including increased accounts receivable and higher incentive compensation payments.
